Assessment Data: Responses to compatibility assessments, personality evaluations, and relationship preference questionnaires administered through the platform.
Interview Data: Notes, recordings (where consented), or summaries from interviews conducted as part of the Certified membership process.
Communications: Messages, emails, or other communications you send to us or through our platform.
Payment Information: Billing details and transaction records for paid services. Payment card data is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored directly by us.
Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, links clicked, and other interactions with the Services.
Event Participation Data: RSVPs, attendance records, feedback, and other data generated through participation in Social Circle events, speed dating, or other MoDS experiences.

Create and manage your member account and profile
Verify your identity and authenticate your membership status
Curate Social Circle events, matchmaking introductions, and group dating experiences based on compatibility data
Communicate with you about your account, events, updates, and new features
Send marketing and promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)
Display community dashboard analytics in anonymized, aggregate form
Process payments for premium services
Monitor and enforce our community rules and Terms of Service
Improve the platform through analytics and research
Comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of our community

We will never share your private messages, assessment responses, or interview data with other members without your express written consent.

Community Privacy Rules

Our community operates under strict privacy standards. Members are prohibited from sharing any content, screenshots, private messages, or information about other members outside of our platforms. Violations result in immediate and permanent removal from all MoDS communities.

You acknowledge that community spaces – including Facebook groups and Social Circle events – involve real people and real information. You agree to treat all member information with absolute discretion. Breach of another member’s privacy may be grounds for legal action in addition to removal from the community.

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. These include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
